When Denise, Roz and Melinda started Changeworks Consulting in 2005, few offered what we did: tailored change solutions to fit the needs of both clients and consultants.
Since then, we've helped more than 200 clients and worked with 600 consultants to build new processes, connections, partners - plus an amazing team of loyal and fun-loving people, who share our common goals.
What's next? Like an oak tree, we want to grow strong and lasting, firm in our roots and visibly unique. As an oak tree grows, its rings tell the story of rain and drought, new shoots and growth.
