What a treat having change guru, Dr Jen Frahm, join us to start the day. Her topic  'difficult conversations with clients', certainly resonated with many. 

We heard some pearls of wisdom from Jen regarding what comprises a difficult conversation, the physical signs to look out for, and tips for pitching the language.   Some thought-provoking examples were also provided by attendees, who brought snippets to share from a range of rich experience.
