Using journey maps and vignettes, the Changeworks team assisted the University of Melbourne with tools and resources for their Research Support Community. The challenge involved devising a creative way to represent the professional careers of a large sample of professionals from multiple functions and Academic Divisions. 
 
The output has enabled the university to connect, and match existing professional development programs with specialist requirements, making it easier for the group to access. A big thank you to Donna Wuttke for leading this piece of work.
